Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development


- Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs with a relationship size of 1 crore and above.


- Leverage existing personal network and strong client relationships to generate new business

opportunities in the assigned geography.

- Conduct regular in-person client meetings, portfolio reviews, and prospecting sessions to achieve targeted growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).

Relationship Management & Growth


- Build, nurture, and deepen long-term relationships with existing HNI clients to enhance client retention and increase share of wallet.

- Ensure delivery of superior service standards while maintaining high ethical and regulatory compliance in client dealings.

- Coordinate with internal teams across banking divisions to provide holistic financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Financial Planning & Investment Advisory


- Assess customer needs based on risk profile, income, financial goals, and market outlook to provide personalized financial planning solutions.

- Recommend asset allocation and wealth management strategies across Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, PMS, AIFs, and Structured Products.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of capital markets, macro-economic trends, and asset classes to provide timely and well-informed investment advice.

Product & Market Knowledge


- Possess strong technical understanding of investment products, including Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Structured Bonds, Mutual

Funds, and Insurance Solutions.

- Stay updated on market movements, product innovations, and regulatory guidelines to ensure client portfolios are aligned with current opportunities and risks.

Targets & Business Growth


- Consistently deliver assigned sales and revenue targets by developing strategies for cross-selling multiple financial products.

- Work towards growing AUM through acquisition as well as cross-selling to existing clients, thereby maximizing wallet share.

Compliance & Certifications


- Adhere to all compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks laid down by the firm and governing authorities.

- NISM certifications (such as NISM V-A, Mutual Fund Distribution, or relevant Investment

Advisory certifications) are highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements Skills & Requirements


- Strong command over English communication, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage with senior HNI clients with confidence and professionalism to build trust and credibility.

- Proven track record in HNI acquisition and ability to independently manage high-value client relationships.

- Deep knowledge of investment products, capital markets, and financial planning strategies.

- Collaborative mindset to work closely with peers and cross-functional teams for client benefit.
