About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Urologist to join our healthcare team as a Consultant/Junior Consultant. The role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological conditions, performing surgical procedures, and delivering high-quality patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and manage disorders related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system

- Perform urological surgeries and procedures such as endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open surgeries

- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and lab investigations

- Manage OPD consultations and IPD patient care efficiently

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition and medical history

- Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive care

- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans

- Participate in clinical discussions, academic sessions, and hospital initiatives

Qualifications:

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)

- MS in General Surgery

- MCh or DrNB in Urology (mandatory)

Experience:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in Urology

- Fresh MCh/DrNB graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong clinical and surgical skills in urology

- Exposure to minimally invasive and endourological procedures is preferred

- Excellent diagnostic and decision-making abilities

- Strong patient management and counseling skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment

- Effective communication and teamwork skills
