
Description: Industrial Relations & HR Operations will oversee all HR functions and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, smooth industrial relations, and operational efficiency across the terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial relations, including labor welfare, dispute resolution, and union coordination.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and best practices across the terminal.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
- Maintain employee engagement programs, grievance redressal, and workforce communication.
- Support HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and HR MIS reporting.
- Collaborate with management to drive organizational development and workforce optimization.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Industrial Relations / Social Sciences
- Experience in HR operations and industrial relations, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or cargo operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive employee matters
- Hands-on approach to process implementation and operational efficiency
