Job responsibilities :   With Development & Asset Management Function :  - Assist in the due diligence process including the title of the land and the rules & regulations applicable, together with external local counsel  - Preparing first drafts of the transaction documents such as development agreement, lease deed for land/cold shell/warm shell, agreement to sell, sale deed, license agreement, participate in negotiations and finalization of documents  - Processing the mutation etc. for the land.  With Finance & Accounts Function :   - Comprehensive review, comments and assistance in negotiation and drafting of Loan Documents for all the projects   - Assist in review, negotiation and finalization of commercial agreements viz., leases for commercial space, spa, office & residential, liaising agreements for approval consultants etc.  With Projects & Construction Function :  - Assist in review/drafting, negotiations of various Construction and Consultancy Contracts (e.g.: construction works, interior design, liaison services, warehousing, letters for extension of time to contractor, termination letters etc.)  - Assist in providing comprehensive legal opinion on various provisions of construction contracts (e.g..: Termination, Change in Scope, Guarantees, etc.)  Litigation :  - Briefing counsels, monitoring, assist in strategizing  Others :  - Assist in drafting/Advising on various agreements including JV agreements, consultancy agreements, bank guarantees, letter of acceptance, confidentiality agreement, license agreement, contract for services; general & special power of attorney, memorandum of understanding, employment & termination of employees contracts etc.  - Custody and provisions of documents pertaining to properties/real estate, construction approvals, opening approvals the Companies   - Compliances (regulatory and otherwise) including labour laws   - Drafting, review, negotiations of various agreements relating to hotel operations such as service related agreements viz., internet services, spa services, etc.)  Required Skills :  Knowledge :  The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas :  - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office  - Basic knowledge of research engines  Skills :  The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills :  - Excellent attention to detail  - Negotiation skills  - Analytical and problem solving skills  - Conflict management and resolution  - Team management and building skills  Personal Attributes :   The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal attributes :  - Legal acumen  - Confidentially in dealing with all issues of the business  Qualifications : B.A (LLB) Hons.
