Show more Show less We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Sr. Manager - SME Agency to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of agency partners in the SME insurance domain, drive business growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and insurance practices. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales targets through the SME Agency channel by acquiring and managing agency partners. - Strategize and implement business development plans to increase market share. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents and guide them to improve productivity. - Recruit, onboard, and train new agents/agencies in line with company standards. - Foster strong relationships with agency partners to ensure continued business engagement. - Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with the team. - Provide ongoing training and mentorship to agency partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. - Ensure agents are compliant with all regulatory and company policies. - Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. - Resolve escalated client queries and concerns with a customer-first approach. - Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present business insights to management. - Analyze sales trends and identify areas of improvement. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven customer service orientation - Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management - Ability to train and mentor agency partners - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills - Team management and leadership abilities - Good analytical and reporting skills - Knowledge of the insurance industry and SME segment is preferred - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector - Prior experience in managing agency channels is a strong advantage.
