Job Title: Sr. Program Manager -Revenue Head - Life Insurance Vertical Location: Gurgaon Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Head for our Life Insurance Vertical. This leader will be responsible for driving the overall revenue growth and profitability of our life insurance offerings. The role will involve overseeing the P&L, managing insurer relationships, optimizing product/tech strategies, and ensuring the achievement of key business metrics. Key Responsibilities: Life P&L Management: - Oversee the end-to-end performance of the Life Insurance P&L. - Ensure profitability and growth by monitoring life premium, pay-in and payout percentages, and retention metrics. - Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. - Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and improve performance. Insurer Relations: - Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key life insurers. - Negotiate and manage contracts with insurers, ensuring favorable terms for the company. - Drive collaboration with insurers to enhance product offerings and maximize revenue potential. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strengthen partnerships. Product/Tech Optimization: - Lead efforts to innovate and optimize life insurance products and tech solutions. - Work with product and tech teams to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and enhance the digital offerings. - Drive the adoption of digital solutions to increase online business volume and partner productivity. - Ensure the alignment of product offerings with market demands and customer needs. Revenue and Business Metrics Monitoring: - Regularly monitor and report on key business metrics: - Life Premium: Drive premium generation and identify opportunities to increase premium volumes. - Life Pay-in%: Ensure a high pay-in rate and investigate any declines in conversion. - Life Payout%: Optimize payout processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Life Retention%: Implement strategies to increase policyholder retention rates. - Partner Productivity: Maximize premium per partner and identify opportunities for partner performance improvements. - % Online Business: Increase the proportion of revenue from online channels, leveraging digital strategies. Leadership and Team Development: - Lead and develop a high-performing team to execute on the life insurance strategy. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across all functions. - Drive team alignment towards revenue goals and ensure clear communication of objectives. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in revenue management or sales leadership within the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance. - Strong experience in P&L management, insurer relations, and product/tech optimization. - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a collaborative environment. - Deep understanding of life insurance metrics, including premium, pay-in, payout, retention, and partner productivity
