Associate/Senior Associate - Labour & Employment Lawyer

Job Title : Labour & Employment Lawyer (Associate/SA)

Location : Noida

Experience : 1- 6 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Advising clients on labour & employment laws, industrial relations, and employment compliances.

- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, employee handbooks, confidentiality agreements, and related documents.

- Handling employment due diligence and labour law compliance reviews.

- Advising on employee terminations, disciplinary proceedings, workplace investigations, POSH matters, and disputes.

- Representing clients before labour courts, tribunals, and other authorities, wherever required.

- Providing advisory support on statutory compliances including Shops & Establishments Act, Industrial Disputes Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and related labour legislations.

- Assisting clients on restructuring, layoffs, closures, and workforce transition matters.

- Coordinating with corporate and litigation teams on employment-related aspects of transactions and disputes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- LL.B. from a recognized university.

- Strong experience in labour & employment advisory and compliance matters.

- Prior experience with a law firm preferred.

- Good drafting, research, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to independently manage assignments and timelines.
