Zonal Training Manager - Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and mentor FLMs to strengthen their leadership, communication, and execution capabilities through consistent on-field support.

- Assess training requirements through field observations, structured evaluations, and business discussions.

- Develop and deliver impactful training programs aligned with business objectives and adult learning principles.

- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure training initiatives are practical, market-relevant, and performance-driven.

- Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, while driving digital learning adoption and reinforcing organizational values.
