Zonal Legal Head - West

Qualification Required: LLB

Experience Required: 7 to 16 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Real Estate Agreements.

- Handling statutory / store related compliances for the Zone.

- Getting statutory licenses for operations of stores within the zone.

- Liaise with various statutory authorities with respect to regulatory notices / inspection by statutory authorities.

- Complying all the rules & regulations under various statutory laws like - Provident Fund, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Labour Contract Act, Minimum and Payment of Wages Act., Employees State Insurance Act, Shops and Establishment Act and all other labour enactment Act that may be applicable from time to time.

Note: Candidates from retail, logistics, FMCG and e-commerce sectors would be preferred.
