Key Responsibilities:- Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies.
- Developing detailed financial models for business operations, assisting in pricing, cost reduction initiatives, and capital investment decisions.
- Monitoring actual financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Evaluating business performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, gross margin, and operating income.
- Ensuring all financial reporting and processes are following applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Working with the internal audit team to maintain robust internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Leading financial strategy for the organization and aligning it with overall business goals and overseeing financial planning processes, guiding business leaders in setting financial goals.
- Analysing cost structures and identifying opportunities for profitability improvement and managing financial risks by employing robust cost-control measures and identifying inefficiencies.
What We're Looking For:- Qualified CA or MBA Finance with 8 to 15 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Controlling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, financial reporting tools.
- High integrity, ethical standards and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
