Responsibilities: 1. HR Compliance Management: - Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. - Manage end to end PF/ESIC/PTAX/LWF activities with 100% adherence as per prescribed timelines. - Manage timely audits of compliance gaps and implementing corrective measures. 2. Insurance Management: - Manage the company's insurance (GPA/GMC/GTL) programs, including enrolment, monthly data inputs collation, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers. - Assist employees with insurance-related inquiries and issues. - Collaborate with insurance brokers to negotiate and renew insurance plans. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR insurance policies and employee insurance enrolments. 3. Employee Benefits Management: - Administer various employee benefit programs, such as retirement plans, wellness programs. - Educate employees on available benefits and assist with benefit-related queries. 4. HR Operations: - Assist with payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payments. - Maintain HRIS systems and databases with up-to-date employee information.
