Job Description: - Creation of policy documents on various topics like Stakeholder engagement, Volunteer guidelines & aligning with the legal compliances adhering to CSR - Identification of School spoc's & program volunteers - Coordinate with program leaders, volunteers, NGO partners, internally to implement the plan - Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation of programs along with good report writing & documentation skills - In depth experience in CSR law, governance law and experience in mobilizing volunteering programs - Should be aware of law and implications of the internal & external audits and the impact assessments in each profile. - The candidate will be supporting the WCF function of Nashik & Bangalore(headcount: 6k); International location would include Turkey & Romania. - Location preference is Mumbai, followed by Nashik - With evolvement in CSR, NGO along with corporate experience will be an added bonus - MSW or TISS experience is an added advantage Location: - Mumbai/Nashik Shift Timings - Regular shift
