Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in an analytical role within operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, SQL, statistical software). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
