Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities in target enterprise accounts.
- Drive C-level conversations to position our solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams for tailored pitches.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with ease.
- Manage a portfolio generating at least $500K+ USD in annual revenue.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven track record in net new client acquisition.
- Experience with long sales cycles and large ACV deals.
- Strong understanding of consultative / solution selling.
- Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and self-motivated.
