Vice President - Finance - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the housing finance company's objectives and growth.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of accurate financial reports, providing insights and analysis to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies, including managing financial risks and establishing robust internal controls.

- Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize liquidity and support funding strategies.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performing culture and encouraging professional development.

- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary financial contact for stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.

- Operational Efficiency: Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, optimize operational efficiencies, and implement technology to support the finance function.
