
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end contract management, administration, and compliance for Power and EPC projects.
- Develop and implement contract strategies to minimize commercial and contractual risks.
- Manage contract negotiations, amendments, and vendor agreements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
- Oversee tax-related contractual matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead contractor claims management, dispute resolution, and commercial settlements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure effective contract execution.
- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide commercial guidance to senior management and support strategic business decisions.
Required Skills:
- 20-25 years of experience in Contract Management within the Power, EPC, Infrastructure, or Heavy Engineering sectors.

3. Claims Management
4. Risk Management
5. Contract Negotiation
6. Vendor Management
7. Tax & Commercial Compliance
8. Dispute Resolution
- Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling large-scale Power, Infrastructure, or Industrial EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial laws, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- LLB, MBA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience leading cross-functional commercial and contract management teams.
