Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist to diagnose, treat, and manage medical and surgical disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The specialist will provide inpatient and outpatient care, perform urological procedures, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage urological conditions including kidney stones, UTIs, prostate disorders, male infertility, and urinary tract cancers.
- Perform urological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures (laparoscopy, endoscopy, laser procedures etc.).
- Provide outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency care when required.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
- Review patient progress, adjust medications and treatment plans, and provide post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nephrologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive care.
Required Skills & Experience:
- MBBS + MS/DNB (General Surgery) + MCh/DNB (Urology) mandatory.
- 3-9 years of professional experience as a Urologist.
- Expertise in endoscopic, laparoscopic, and laser-assisted urological procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
