The Role: HR Business Partner & Talent Management :

We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical HR Business Partner to partner closely with senior business leaders and leadership teams, to drive people/talent strategy and business outcomes. This role will be pivotal in shaping the people's agenda for high-growth business teams, ensuring strong alignment between talent strategy, organizational design, performance, and business priorities. The ideal candidate comes with strong experience in B2C-led organizations, with fintech exposure being a strong advantage, and brings a sharp understanding of AI and emerging technology trends.

Recommended experience band: 6+ years overall, with strong exposure to strategic HRBP responsibilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What Youll Own:

Strategic Business Partnering

- Partner closely with stakeholders, including the senior leadership team, to drive the people strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.

- Act as a trusted advisor on org design, workforce planning, team structures, and talent decisions.

- Influence leadership decision-making through data-backed people insights and recommendations.

Talent & Performance

- Drive end-to-end performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, performance reviews, and talent assessments.

- Partner with leaders on succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent management.

- Identify critical talent risks and build proactive retention strategies.

Org Effectiveness & Employee Experience

- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and organization effectiveness initiatives across teams.

- Coach managers and leaders on team effectiveness, conflict resolution, employee development, and people challenges.

- Partner with business leaders to improve employee experience across the lifecycle - onboarding, development, growth, and exits.

People Analytics & AI-Led insights

- Leverage strong analytical thinking and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across attrition, hiring, productivity, and engagement.

- Build dashboards and people insights for senior leadership reviews.

- Drive adoption of AI-led people practices, tools, and workforce insights to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of people initiatives.

- Provide regular updates to leadership on people priorities, risks, and interventions.

Who You Are:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in an HRBP / strategic people partner role

- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders, and leadership teams

- Background in B2C organizations is a must; fintech experience is a strong plus

- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills

- Hands-on understanding of AI tools, people analytics, and emerging HR tech trends

- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and executive presence

- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
