
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (job posting to offer rollout).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Coordinate background checks, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Identify and recommend improvements in hiring tools, processes, and strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- 3-8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in financial services or BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to hiring for specialized or senior-level roles is advantageous.
