Your Core Responsibilities:

Stakeholder management:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across functions (from intake to offer)

- Drive sourcing strategy through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals

- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans

- Craft incredible candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback

- Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline status, drop-offs, etc.)

- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future needs
