Job description:

Department: Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Channel Development:

- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to accelerate business growth.

- Develop go-to-market strategies for untapped regions and verticals.

Product Strategy & Innovation:

- Conduct gap analysis to identify unmet market needs and propose new product opportunities.

- Collaborate with R&D and Sales to conceptualize and launch new product lines aligned with market demand.

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

- Lead competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.

- Deliver actionable insights through regular market reports and dashboards.

Brand Positioning & Communication:

- Refine TELs brand messaging across platforms to reinforce technical excellence and emotional resonance.


- Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and dealer engagement initiatives.

Cross-functional Leadership:

- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent; Preferably Work Experience from Switchgear, Electrical Industry, or B2B Industrial Marketing preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in electronics, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.

- Proven record of accomplishment in market analysis, product development, and channel strategy.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization.
