The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring overall operational excellence in alignment with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales, distribution, and business operations across the Eastern Region. - Achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic planning and execution. - Strengthen and expand the dealer, distributor, and institutional client network. - Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the regional sales team. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with the Head Office for pricing, logistics, collections, and marketing initiatives. - Represent the company at trade exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events to enhance market presence. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA in marketing. - The candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience in the Switchgear, Electrical, or Manufacturing industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior role. - Strong understanding of the Eastern regional market, particularly West Bengal, North-East. - Proven track record in channel management, business development, and team leadership. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
