Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven State Head to oversee our business operations across Kolkata and the Eastern Region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring overall operational excellence in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales, distribution, and business operations across the Eastern Region.

- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Strengthen and expand the dealer, distributor, and institutional client network.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the regional sales team.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the Head Office for pricing, logistics, collections, and marketing initiatives.

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events to enhance market presence.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA in marketing.

- The candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience in the Switchgear, Electrical, or Manufacturing industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.

- Strong understanding of the Eastern regional market, particularly West Bengal, North-East.

- Proven track record in channel management, business development, and team leadership.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
