Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their objectives are met with precision and care.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects within timelines and quality standards.

- Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and maintain transparent communication with clients.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development through strategic engagement.

- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and reports aligned with client needs and business goals.

- Manage the sales funnel effectively , follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Foster long-term relationships built on trust, value, and consistent performance.

Requirements

- Masters degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 35 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or business development.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.

- A collaborative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and growth.
