Job Summary:

Teyro Labs is looking for an experienced Senior Executive-Quality Assurance to support vendor qualification, compliance processes, risk assessments, and audit readiness. The role requires strong knowledge of global GMP standards and hands-on experience in vendor audits and supplier qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage vendor qualification and requalification processes in line with cGMP and global regulatory expectations.

- Prepare and execute periodic vendor audit schedules to ensure compliance.

- Review and maintain Quality Agreements with vendors and monitor vendor performance.

- Conduct Nitrosamine impurity risk assessments and support cross-functional risk mitigation activities.

- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and support internal and external audit readiness.

- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.

- Maintain documentation in compliance with QMS and audit management systems.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations (USFDA, EU, MHRA, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in vendor audits and supplier qualification

- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in QMS tools and audit management systems

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
