Job Title : Deputy Manager - Quality Control Company : Teyro Labs Private Limited Experience : 10-15 Years Location : Chennai Job Summary: Teyro Labs is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager - Quality Control to oversee QC operations, including raw material & packing material analysis, method validation, and documentation review. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in analytical instruments and prior leadership exposure in a pharmaceutical QC setup. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Quality Control activities for Raw Materials and Packing Materials. - Perform Analytical Method Validation and Cleaning Method Validation as per regulatory standards. - Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, and other laboratory equipment. - Ensure accurate and compliant documentation-both hard copy and soft copy. - Review, verify, and approve QC reports and analytical data. -Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and safety practices within the QC laboratory. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, and R&D to ensure smooth workflows. - Train and mentor QC analysts and support staff. - Prepare audit-related documents and support internal/external audits. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department. Qualifications: - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc - Strong background in pharmaceutical Quality Control Skills & Competencies: - Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and other analytical equipment - Strong knowledge of method validation & cleaning validation - Good communication, documentation, and team-management skills - Ability to handle large volumes of QC documentation with accuracy

Job Title : Senior Executive - Quality Assurance Company : Teyro Labs Private Limited Location : Oragadam, Chennai Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Experience : 5-8 Years Job Summary: Teyro Labs is looking for an experienced Senior Executive-Quality Assurance to support vendor qualification, compliance processes, risk assessments, and audit readiness. The role requires strong knowledge of global GMP standards and hands-on experience in vendor audits and supplier qualification. Key Responsibilities: - Manage vendor qualification and requalification processes in line with cGMP and global regulatory expectations. - Prepare and execute periodic vendor audit schedules to ensure compliance. - Review and maintain Quality Agreements with vendors and monitor vendor performance. - Conduct Nitrosamine impurity risk assessments and support cross-functional risk mitigation activities. - Ensure timely closure of audit observations and support internal and external audit readiness. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies. - Maintain documentation in compliance with QMS and audit management systems. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of GMP regulations (USFDA, EU, MHRA, etc.) - Hands-on experience in vendor audits and supplier qualification - Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in QMS tools and audit management systems - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
