Job Summary:

Teyro Labs is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager - Quality Control to oversee QC operations, including raw material & packing material analysis, method validation, and documentation review. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in analytical instruments and prior leadership exposure in a pharmaceutical QC setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Quality Control activities for Raw Materials and Packing Materials.

- Perform Analytical Method Validation and Cleaning Method Validation as per regulatory standards.

- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, and other laboratory equipment.

- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation-both hard copy and soft copy.

- Review, verify, and approve QC reports and analytical data.

-Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and safety practices within the QC laboratory.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, and R&D to ensure smooth workflows.

- Train and mentor QC analysts and support staff.

- Prepare audit-related documents and support internal/external audits.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department.

Qualifications:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

- Strong background in pharmaceutical Quality Control

Skills & Competencies:

- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and other analytical equipment

- Strong knowledge of method validation & cleaning validation

- Good communication, documentation, and team-management skills

- Ability to handle large volumes of QC documentation with accuracy
