Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jodhpur.

- The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage customer relationships.

- Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

- The role also involves market analysis to drive revenue growth and staying updated on industry trends to align business strategies with market demands.

Qualifications:

- Strong sales planning, business development, and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and driving sales targets.

- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with financial services and products; experience in the banking or finance sectors is a plus.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is desirable.

- Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a competitive market.
