Job Description:

Sales Director - ERP (Odoo) Division - India (Gurgaon / Delhi NCR)

Sector Focus: Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Automotive Components, Industrial Goods, D2C/Consumer Brands (Delhi NCR Region)

The Role:

- We are looking for a high- impact, commercially driven Sales Director - ERP (Odoo) to lead and scale our ERP business across India, with a primary focus on Delhi NCR. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for building market presence, driving revenue growth, and owning the commercial success of the Odoo ERP division.

- This position is ideal for a player- coach-someone who has excelled in hands- on enterprise sales and is now ready to take full ownership of a region's strategic and commercial outcomes.

- Your core mission: expand our footprint across Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Distribution, and emerging sectors within Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Growth & Leadership:

- Build and own the India commercial roadmap for the Odoo ERP division.

- Identify high- value opportunities in target industries and drive long- term revenue growth.

- Develop regional GTM strategies tailored to Delhi NCR market behaviour.

2. Business Development & Pipeline Generation:

- Drive new business through networking, outbound prospecting, channel partnerships, and industry referrals.

- Represent the company at regional bodies such as CII, FICCI Manufacturing Committees, ASSOCHAM, and relevant trade associations in NCR.

3. Industry Representation & Advocacy:

- Serve as the face of the ERP division across manufacturing and technology forums.

- Build strong relationships with plant heads, operations leaders, CFOs, CIOs, and promoters of mid- market enterprises in NCR.

4. Consultative Solution Selling:

- Translate Odoo ERP's capabilities into clear ROI- based value propositions for manufacturing, distribution, and food & beverage clients.

- Conduct high- level discovery, solution mapping, and executive presentations.

5. Account Leadership:

- Oversee key enterprise accounts to ensure retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

- Identify cross- sell opportunities across modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance, SCM, CRM, HR, etc.).

6. Collaboration with Delivery Teams:

- Work closely with pre- sales, implementation, and project management teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.

- Maintain high NPS by ensuring smooth client onboarding and post- sale alignment.

Requirements:


Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in senior ERP sales, business development, or account management within Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP B1, or NetSuite.

- Strong track record of enterprise selling in Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.

- Experience working with Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Automotive Components, Packaging, or Industrial Manufacturing will be a strong plus.

Technical Literacy:

- Understanding of ERP modules, implementation workflows, and enterprise process mapping (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance).

- Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and C- level influencing skills.

Mobility:

- Field- based role with frequent travel across Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, and industrial clusters such as Manesar, Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Sonipat, and Ghaziabad.
