Job Title: Business Development Manager - Odoo ERP (Gurgaon / Delhi NCR)


Sector Focus: Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Automotive Components, Industrial Goods, D2C/Consumer Brands


Role Overview:


Target Integration is seeking a highenergy, commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive and grow our Odoo ERP implementation business across Delhi NCR.


This role is ideal for someone who has solid experience in ERP sales, especially within Manufacturing and Distribution sectors, and is now looking to step up into a role with full ownership of pipeline generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.


You will act as the frontface of the Odoo India division, working closely with leadership, presales, and delivery teams to bring in highvalue ERP opportunities and convert them into successful implementations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Lead Generation


- Drive new business for Odoo ERP through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, industry events, and channel partnerships.


- Identify and target midmarket companies across Manufacturing, F&B, Distribution, and related industries in Delhi NCR.


- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly & quarterly acquisition goals.


2. Consultative ERP Sales


- Conduct detailed discovery sessions with CXOs, plant heads, operations leaders, and finance stakeholders.


- Map business needs to Odoo modules and articulate clear ROIdriven value propositions.


- Work with presales to deliver tailored demos and solution presentations.


3. Industry Representation & Relationship Building


- Represent Target Integration at events, exhibitions, and industry bodies (CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, trade forums).


- Build strong longterm relationships with decisionmakers across Delhi NCRs industrial clusters (Manesar, Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Sonipat, etc.).


4. Proposal Management & Deal Closure


- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and SOW drafts with support from internal teams.


- Own the negotiation and closure process endtoend.


- Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team for project kickoff.


5. Account Expansion & CrossSell


- Identify crosssell opportunities across modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, SCM, CRM, Finance, HR).


- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive longterm growth.


6. Collaboration with Delivery & PreSales


- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure alignment from sales to project execution.


- Maintain customer satisfaction and support high NPS outcomes.


Ideal Candidate Profile


Were looking for someone with:


Experience


- 3-6+ years in ERP sales, business development, or account management.


- Experience selling Odoo, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Tally Prime ERP, or other business applications.


- Strong exposure to manufacturing, distribution, industrial goods, or F&B sectors.


Skills & Traits


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Strong understanding of ERP workflows (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, CRM).


- A proactive, targetdriven mindset with ownership over outcomes.


- Ability to work onsite in Gurgaon and travel frequently across Delhi NCR.


Education


- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar field.
