
Job Title: Business Development Manager - Odoo ERP
Industry Focus: Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Automotive Components, Industrial Goods, D2C Brands
This is an onsite role based in Gurgaon with frequent field travel across Delhi NCR.
About the Role:
- Target Integration is looking for a high- energy, target- driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our Odoo ERP implementation business across Delhi NCR.
- The ideal candidate has strong ERP sales experience (Odoo, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, TallyPrime, etc. ) and deep exposure to the manufacturing & distribution ecosystem.
- You will be the face of Odoo India's sales for the region, responsible for pipeline generation, client acquisition, enterprise conversations, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Drive new business through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, events, and channel partnerships.
- Target mid- market companies across Manufacturing, F&B, Distribution, Industrial Goods, etc.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; meet monthly & quarterly acquisition targets.
Consultative ERP Sales:
- Conduct discovery meetings with CXOs, plant heads, operations and finance leaders.
- Map business requirements to Odoo modules; present ROI- focused solutions.
- Collaborate with pre- sales for customized demos and solution walkthroughs.
Relationship Building & Industry Presence:
- Represent the company at CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, trade events, and exhibitions.
- Build long- term relationships within industrial clusters: Manesar, Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Sonipat, etc.
Proposal Management & Deal Closure:
- Prepare proposals, commercials, and SOWs with internal teams.
- Manage negotiations and close deals independently.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
Account Expansion & Cross- Sell:
- Identify opportunities across Inventory, Manufacturing, SCM, CRM, Finance, HR modules.
- Maintain relationships for renewals, cross- sell, and up- sell.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with delivery & pre- sales teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and support high NPS outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 6+ years in ERP sales / business development / account management.
- Experience selling Odoo, SAP B1, Dynamics, NetSuite, TallyPrime or similar.
- Prior experience with manufacturing or industrial clients.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, CRM workflows.
- Proactive, self- driven, and target- oriented.
- Ability to travel frequently across Delhi NCR.
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, IT, or relevant fields.
