
- We are looking for a highly driven and well-networked SR Manager - Sales based in Mumbai with a proven track record in digital marketing sales across the West Region.
- The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and decision-makers in mid to large-sized enterprises and be confident in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales for Digital Marketing Services including:
- SEO Services.
- Performance Marketing (Paid Media).
- Social Media Marketing.
- Website Design & Development.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire big-ticket clients- across key industries within Mumbai and Western India.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strong market intelligence and network-driven outreach.
- Strategize and execute territory-specific growth plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, deliver ROI-focused presentations, and lead negotiations to successful closures.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and recurring business.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project success post-closure.
- Track sales KPIs, produce accurate forecasts, and report performance to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of sales experience in digital marketing or agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in closing high ticket-size deals- with enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and web development solutions and ability to consult clients confidently.
- Excellent network and business connections within Mumbai and Western India.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a hunter mindset.
- High ownership, growth mindset, and target-driven approach.
Education - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
