Role Description

As the Area Sales Manager, you'll be the leader of our on-site sales operations in Allahabad. This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for managing a team to achieve sales targets and execute our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:


Sales Management


- Overseeing daily sales operations and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.


Team Leadership

- Leading, mentoring, and training a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.


Field Operations

- Conducting regular field visits to monitor sales activities, provide support, and ensure our team is aligned with company policies and goals.


Client Relationships


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service.


Compliance

- Ensuring all operations are in full compliance with company policies and financial regulations.


Qualifications


We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in sales management and a passion for our mission. The ideal candidate will have:


- 5-8 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.

- Team leadership experience, including the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

- Expertise in field operations management, with a willingness to conduct frequent field visits.

- Experience in customer relationship management and providing excellent client support.

- A solid understanding of financial tools and lending practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- An MBA is preferred.
