SRV Media - Business Growth Partner - Digital Marketing

Location: Pune (On-site).

Department: Business Development / Sales.

Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales / business development, preferably in a digital marketing / advertising / media / SAAS / martech environment.

About the Role:

- SRV Media is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Partner who can own revenue, open new doors, and build long-term client relationships for our digital marketing services portfolio.

- This is a front-line, quota-carrying sales role.

- You will be responsible for hunting new accounts, doing digital footprint & gap analysis, crafting growth strategies with our internal teams, and closing deals.

- You will directly impact the company's top line and will work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Hunting & Market Development:

- Identify and prioritise target segments (education, BFSI, real estate, healthcare, B2B, etc.) and key accounts.

- Drive new client acquisition through a mix of cold outreach, networking, partnerships, events, and referrals.

- Plan and execute a robust monthly and quarterly sales plan aligned with company growth goals.

Consultative Selling & Digital Strategy:

- Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand client objectives, funnels, and pain points.

- Perform digital footprint audits - website, SEO, ads, social media, CRM journey - and identify clear gaps.

- Work with internal strategy / performance / creative teams to design integrated digital marketing solutions (performance, branding, automation, content, etc.

- Present proposals and media plans, handle objections, and negotiate and close deals.

Account Ownership & Revenue Growth:

- Own revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) for your portfolio.

- Ensure smooth handover to account managers while staying engaged at a relationship and growth level.

- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities (new channels, bigger budgets, new geographies) and drive expansion within existing clients.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Governance:

- Maintain a strong and clean pipeline in CRM, with accurate stages, values, and closure dates.

- Share reliable forecasts and insights with leadership; flag risks early and propose corrective actions.

- Ensure proper documentation of proposals, contracts, commercials and approvals.

Collaboration & Mentoring:


- Work closely with delivery, strategy, and finance teams to ensure profitable, realistic deals.

- Guide and mentor junior team members / interns on sales hygiene, outreach tactics, and client handling.

- Strong discipline around follow-ups, reporting and self-management.

Hardworking + Intelligent Problem Solver:

- Ability to understand complex businesses, ask the right questions, and design practical solutions.

- Comfort with numbers, funnels, and performance metrics.

True Hunter Mindset:

- Proven experience in hunting and closing new business, not just farming existing accounts.

- Comfort with cold calling, cold emailing and opening doors with senior decision-makers.

- Working knowledge of key digital channels: Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics, etc.

- Ability to translate marketing-speak into clear business value and ROI for clients.

Communication & Convincing Skills:

- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi and regional languages are an advantage.

- Strong storytelling and presentation skills; confident in boardroom-style discussions.

Target & Pressure Friendly:

- Comfortable with ambitious revenue targets and quarterly reviews.

- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and still keep going.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate - MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Business preferred.

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / consultative selling, preferably in:

- Digital marketing / advertising agencies.

- MarTech / SaaS.

- Media / performance marketing firms.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in prior roles.

- Experience in digital-first industries and working with CXOs / senior stakeholders is a plus.

This Role is Not for You If..

- You are looking for a pure "marketing operations" or campaign execution role.

- You are uncomfortable with numbers, targets, and high accountability.

- You prefer only managing existing accounts and do not enjoy hunting and opening new logos.
