Position: Sales team Lead


Function: B2C Sales


Business Vertical: Residential


Reports To: Regional Sales Head / City Manager


Job Type: Team Lead


Team Size: Depends on project allocation


Location: Kanpur, Lucknow, & Varanasi


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead, mentor, and manage the overall performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.


- Achieve consistent growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing team performance and identifying areas for improvement.


- Build business by organizing sales visits, converting leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships.


- Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to maximize revenue potential.


- Establish strong relationships with prospects and customers; recommend tailored solutions and upsell value-added services.


- Provide continuous client support, guidance, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Manage the complete sales process using CRM tools and other software platforms to track performance and conversions.


Requirements & Qualifications:


Education: MBA or B.Tech / M.Tech degree required.


Experience: 1.5 years of proven experience in team management and 5 to 6 years in field-based B2C sales


- Strong business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills.


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-centric mindset.


- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.


- Highly organized, creative, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
