Job description:

- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned region by leading new client acquisition, expanding market presence, and managing a high-performing sales team.


- This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership, networking, and B2B sales experience in the facility management or real estate services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the region across industries (corporate offices, IT parks, manufacturing, hospitals, retail, etc.).

- Lead and manage the regional sales team; mentor, coach, and drive performance to meet or exceed targets.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Directors).

- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to create customized proposals and solutions.

- Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

- Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

- Maintain full compliance with internal processes, pricing guidelines, and contract standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 8-12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; experience in facility

management or allied services is preferred.

- Demonstrated success in selling high-value contracts and managing long sales cycles.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Sound knowledge of regional markets, industries, and key stakeholders.

- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
