- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager Strategic Accounts to drive business growth by acquiring and managing key strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, preferably within the facility management or related services industry, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and secure new strategic accounts aligned with SMC's service portfolio (Soft, Hard, Specialized & Integrated FM Services).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers across target sectors (e.g., Corporate Offices, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).

- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, to contract closure.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technical) to design customized solutions for client needs.

- Build and execute strategic account plans with a long-term growth focus.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, real estate services, or

outsourced service industries.

- Proven track record in managing and closing large strategic deals (multi-location, multi-service line).

- Strong understanding of integrated facility management services and client pain points.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and site visits.
