Description:

Roles & Responsibilities Senior Sales Leader (Enterprise B2B SaaS)

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with a consultative and thought leadership-led approach

- Engage and build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CHRO, CIO, etc.)

- Identify, pursue, and close large-ticket enterprise deals

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business growth objectives

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing field sales team

- Manage key enterprise accounts and ensure long-term client success & retention

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing) for seamless execution

- Lead high-level business discussions, negotiations, and contract closures

- Track market trends, competition, and identify new growth opportunities

- Own revenue targets and drive consistent business growth
