Role Overview

The Microsoft ERP Sales Professional is responsible for driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions (such as Business Central, Finance & Operations) to small, medium, and enterprise clients. This role focuses on understanding client business needs, positioning ERP solutions effectively, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities


- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.


- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions covering Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related modules.


- Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase ERP capabilities.


- Sales Cycle Management: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.


- Collaboration: Work closely with technical consultants, marketing teams, and partners to ensure successful implementations.


- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on ERP trends, Microsoft product updates, and competitor offerings.


- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports in CRM tools.


Required Qualifications:


Experience:


- 10+ years in Microsoft-related sales or account management.


- Proven experience selling ERP solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).


Education:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.


Skills:


- Strong communication and negotiation skills.


- Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain).


- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (ERP, CRM, Power Platform).


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience in solution sales or consulting services.


- Understanding of cloud-based ERP deployment models.


- Ability to manage complex business requirements across multiple divisions.


Performance Metrics:


- Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.


- Customer satisfaction and retention.


- Growth in ERP market share for Microsoft solutions.
