We have un urgent requirement of Sr.Manager Legal (Legal Head role) with one of the well known company established in 1964 and initially manufactured On Load Tapchangers for Transformers needed to control power supply fluctuation and Pressed Steel Job Title : Sr.Manager - Legal Job Location : Pune 1.Degree in Law, with 10 to 15 years experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing and/or administrating contractual documents and agreements, Ability to initiate, defend, monitor litigations and liaise with the company's advisors on legal matters. 2. Competency in debt recovery , commercial agreements, MOU's , Labour laws and JV agreements. 3. Assist branch/factory in different location. 4.Handling IPR applications, renewals and issues. 5.Should have worked at least 10 years in Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing Industry. Age : around 40 yearsA Well versed : Patents, Intellectual property acts, land acquisition, society laws ,Law of limitation.
