About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for our fast-growing consumer brand. This role requires a balance between brand-building and performance-driven growth, leveraging digital channels such as performance marketing, retention (CRM), influencer, affiliate, and email marketing.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling D2C brands (fashion/apparel preferred) with strong expertise in campaign execution, analytics, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Strategy & Execution: Create, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Performance Marketing: Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, optimizing for ROI, CPA, and LTV.

- Retention & CRM: Drive customer engagement and repeat business through email, SMS, and automation tools, ensuring strong lifecycle management.

- Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and scale influencer/affiliate programs to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.

- Analytics & Insights: Use tools like GA4, CRM, and dashboards to track campaign performance and optimize strategies using data insights.

- Team & Agency Leadership: Lead internal teams and external agencies, set KPIs, review execution, and ensure alignment with brand goals.

Requirements

- Experience: 6+ years in digital marketing with at least 4-5 years in D2C (fashion/apparel preferred).

- Proven Success: Strong track record in scaling brands and driving measurable growth via digital channels.

- Expertise in performance marketing, retention, and influencer/affiliate programs.

- Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and CRM platforms.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
