Sr. Manager - Employee Relations #EmployeeRelations #Compliance #Grievance Handling #Laborlaws Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: - Should be updated on all relevant labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and national levels and ensure that HR policies and practices align with these regulations. - Develop and execute strategic employee relations processes & plans aligning with the organization's values. - Develop, implement, and maintain ER/HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. - Identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies for corrective action. Monitor and assess compliance risks. - Oversee investigations and taking disciplinary actions. Grievances Management and Maintaining SOPs are also part of this role. - Liaoning with the HR Business Partners, Legal Team and various other government departments.
