Role: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager - Land & Legal
Location: Delhi NCR
Qualification: LLB
Years of Experience: 6 to 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Title Due Diligence of Land Drafting of Agreement to Lease, Lease Deed, Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, Consent Deed, Confirmation Deed, Land Aggregation Agreement etc
- Responsible for title search report, title verification, site verification for solar project, due diligence, draft sale deeds, agreement to sale, lease deed, execution of sale deeds, liaison with state revenue authority, manage land related legal matters and others.
-Understandingof Land Acquisition Process including site selection, support in Title study, Registration process and mutation etc.
- Intermediate idea of renewable project approvals required for evacuation purposes and commissioning
