
Key Areas of Responsibility
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy
- Manage statutory deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and full & final settlements
- Administer employee benefits including GMC, GPA, GTL, leave, and welfare programs
Statutory Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable laws Coordinate audits (internal, statutory, external) with timely closure
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation
HR Policies & Process Management:
- Draft, review, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure uniform policy implementation across locations
- Address employee queries and grievances effectively
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, and HRIS updates
- Drive seamless joining and exit processes with statutory compliance
HR Operations Transformation & Automation:
- Drive HR digitization and automation initiatives
- Implement and optimize HRMS / payroll systems
- Improve turnaround time, accuracy, and service delivery through technology
Vendor & Contract Workforce Management:
- Manage payroll, staffing, background verification, and benefits vendors
- Ensure contract labor compliance and coordination with contractors
- Monitor vendor SLAs, cost optimization, and service quality
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Handle grievances and ensure fair, timely resolution
- Support disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries
- Promote a positive and engaged employee experience
Data Management, MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and management reports
- Track headcount, attrition, compliance, and cost metrics
- Enable data-driven leadership decision-making
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders, finance, legal, and external agencies
- Act as a single point of contact for HR operations matters
- Support audits, board reviews, and leadership reporting
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in HR Operations & Indian labor laws
- Payroll governance and statutory compliance excellence
- HRMS / HR Tech exposure (including Darwinbox)
- High attention to detail with strong process orientation
- Effective stakeholder and vendor management
- Strong execution and problem-solving capability
