This role calls for an experienced individual who can manage property and finance transactions, contracts, leasing, compliance, and dispute resolution with confidence and care. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure the business operates with full legal integrity and sound commercial judgment.

The Role

You'll be the legal anchor for a leading player in premium managed offices and coworking spaces. Your work will span contract negotiation, transaction support, and dispute management, keeping the company protected while enabling growth.

What You'll Do

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including leases, sub-leases, service contracts, and project management documents.

- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and safeguard business interests.

- Advise internal teams on contract terms, compliance, and risk in real estate and financing transactions.

- Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions, including title, lease, and permit reviews.

- Manage disputes related to real estate, tenancy, vendors, and contracts through negotiation or mediation.

- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and minimize legal exposure.

- Support internal legal governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

What You Bring

- LLB/LLM with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law.

- Strong understanding of property law, leasing, and financing transactions.

- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts with accuracy and clarity.

- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

- A collaborative, business-focused mindset.

- Full-time, in-office availability.
