We are hiring for an Investment Banking Operations role within the International Wealth Management Operations, focused on Asset Transfers, Securities Transfers, Remittances, and Settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process remittances, payments, receipts, and securities transfers

- Handle custody-related activities including FOP transfers and asset movements

- Manage exceptions, investigations, and query resolution

- Ensure timely processing within defined SLAs

- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Custodians, Operations, and regional stakeholders

- Support process improvement and change initiatives

- Maintain strong risk and control standards

Mandatory Skills:

- 3-5 years of Investment Banking Operations experience

- Experience in Asset Transfers, Securities Transfers, Settlements, or Custody Operations

- Hands-on exposure to Remittances (Payments/Receipts)

- Experience with FOP Transfers, Custody Operations, or Portfolio Transfers

- Understanding of Investment Banking terminology (Custodian, OTC, On-

Exchange, Settlement Lifecycle)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Private Banking / Wealth Management Operations experience

- SWIFT knowledge

- Exposure to Corporate Actions

- Knowledge of Investment Banking products

- Experience with Excel Macros, Alteryx, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or workflow automation tools
