- Drive and deliver a well-managed and profitable orderbook from D&HLS accounts.
- Increase reach into the D&HLS accounts and expand wallet share in the account on YoY basis.
- Drive pipeline creation and ensure forecast management & ensure delivery of business plan targets.
- Achieving a better understanding of the competitive landscape in the D&HLS account.
- Should have deep/ in-depth understanding of the Defence segment r needs and should be able to drive solutions with the help of collaboration with pre-sales teams.
- Gaining a more in-depth focus on industry solutions to meet D&HLS customer needs, and drive business value proposition.
- Finding optimal ways to sell with an understanding of current business environment through creative opportunity creation, deal structuring, value propositions, etc.

- Should have a good professional networking with leading IT OEMs in India and who also active in D&HLS accounts.
- Past engagement with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), RDSO etc along with other PSUs active in D&HLS accounts will be a plus point.
- Should possess good communication skills and should be well conversant with MS office
