Sales Head (North America & Europe)
Role Overview:
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in Sales/Business Development in the AEC industry.
- Background: Preferably an Engineer or Architect with strong understanding of BIM/AEC workflows.
- Track Record: Proven success in selling services/solutions in international markets, particularly North America and/or Europe.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: Target-driven, strategic thinker, self-motivated, and culturally adaptable.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel internationally as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth in North America and Europe through strategic client acquisition.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with EPC contractors, consultants, and owners.
- Lead bid management, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
- Achieve annual sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Represent organisation in client meetings, industry events, and conferences across target regions.
AEC Industry Expertise:
- Leverage domain expertise in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction workflows to position Organization's value proposition.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and digital transformation initiatives in AEC.
- Partner with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and industry standards.
Strategic Market Development:
- Develop and execute market entry/expansion strategies for North America & Europe.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Provide market insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the global leadership team to align business strategies.
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.
- Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing BD team.
