About the Role

Sagility Health is seeking an experienced Legal Manager to support its corporate legal function. The role involves handling complex commercial contracts, providing legal advisory support across business functions, managing litigation, and supporting M&A and IP-related matters across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting & Commercial Legal

- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, Service Agreements, and other commercial contracts

- Handle Customer, Vendor, Partnership, Licensing, NDA, and Lease Agreements

- Maintain and manage contract repositories and databases

- Vet and review bids, proposals, RFI/RFP documents

Corporate & Advisory

- Provide legal advice on a broad range of general corporate matters

- Advise cross-functional stakeholders on contract execution across geographies, in line with internal policies and processes

- Support M&A transactions and provide legal inputs as required

Litigation Management

- Manage litigation support activities, including maintaining case files

- Coordinate with external counsels in India and other geographies

Employment & Regulatory

- Provide guidance on labour and employment laws

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

Intellectual Property

- Handle IPR matters including registrations in India and other geographies

- Coordinate with external IP counsels and maintain IP databases

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in commercial contracts and corporate law

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment

- Strong attention to detail and risk assessment capability

Qualifications:

- LL.B. from a recognized university

- 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial legal roles

- Prior experience in IT/ITeS, healthcare, or services organizations is preferred
