Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Experience: Overall 12+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement & Operations Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end complex Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects, cross-geo projects

- Work with stakeholders (mid- to senior-level) to identify improvement opportunities and formulate problem statements

- Mentor project teams within BE and across functions on complex projects

- Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management of Sagility

- Provide solutions (people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects

- Create proposals for business problems and challenges

- Facilitate creation and deployment of target operating model

- Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research

- Support BE Portfolio Lead in developing and deploying BE strategy for the portfolio.

Education: Graduate, MBA preferable

Desirable Certificates: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified/Equivalent; COPC, Design Thinking

Skills: Excellent Analytics and problem-solving, Excellent capability to leverage technology in designing solutions, Facilitation skill, Excellent presentation & communication (both written & verbal), Multi-geo stakeholders Management, benchmarking activity, exposure to project management framework and philosophy

Years of experience and qualification:

- Overall 12 years, with a minimum of 5 years in Operations CI Improvement in BPM and exposure to the US healthcare domain will be an added advantage.

- The number of years of experience requirement can be relaxed for graduates/postgraduates from premier institutes
